All questions about your order should be sent to the person in charge of your organization. We will not respond to those inquiring about their team order. 

All orders will be delivered to the organization not the individual who is placing the order unless requested by the organization, shipping may be available for an additional fee.

There are no returns

Some changes can be made if the request is done within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please contact your organization and they will contact us directly. We will not respond to request made by individuals. Not all requests can be made.

Most group orders are delivered within 2-4 weeks.
