Can I have my order shipped?

Most team orders will be delivered to either the school or the coach.  Teams can request to have items shipped to individual address but a shipping fee will be added.

Can I request a custom item not found on the website?

We can customize most items.  If you have a design in mind, contact us and we can help.

What do I do if an item becomes damaged?

At anytime if your item becomes damaged, please contact us.  Depending on how long you have had the item, can determine on whether a small fee will be charged to fix it.

Can I return a personalized item?

No returns will be accepted once order has been placed. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel, a request can be made within 24 hours. Please go to the inquiry page and send us a request.
